on healing
The hardest part of being a healed is that you can’t heal anyone else.
People want to get better…
They’re sick. They’re suffering.
But very, very few are willing to do what it takes to get better. They are almost incapable of listening to the solution.
Healing is just getting connected with who we are, where we came from and where we belong.
Health comes from a baseline of nutrient rich food, clean water, sunshine, quiet, love, exercise and spiritual connection.
When any of those areas are out of balance, it results in physical, mental and spiritual disease.
That’s it.
But people don’t want to do the hard work to remove the toxic garbage from their life. Tik tok, Starbucks, resentments, doomscrolling, smoking, pharmaceutical medications. Going for the cheap dopamine rush from junk food. Not taking the time to intentionally connect with other people. Substance abuse. Rejecting the spiritual life. All the things.
So I guess they’re just going to be sick. There’s only so much I can do.
(I wish I could do the healing for them…)
